Racism and L.A. Riots

In comparing the looting and rioting in Los Angeles following the King verdict to the savings and loan conduct by the likes of Milken, Keating, Boesky and Neil Bush, the only major difference aside from the violence is that the S&L; looting is going to cost taxpayers a lot more.
