Mark Covington has been appointed vice president of LifeLink, a Laguna Hills managed behavioral health care company. He oversees all aspects of managed care and will be responsible for the company’s planned national expansion in the next year. Before joining LifeLink, Covington was president and owner of Mer-Med, a consulting firm. He has also been chief executive of Summa Health Corp. in Fresno and executive vice president of Fresno-Madera Medical Society & Affiliates.
