Dunn Co. Merges Festa Into Its Encino Office

Charles Dunn Co., a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate firm, said it has merged Festa & Associates in Woodland Hills into Dunn’s Encino office. Terms were not disclosed.

Festa & Associates, also a commercial real estate broker, was founded by Thomas A. Festa in 1985. He will remain with the Dunn organization.
