WORLD IN BRIEF : VIETNAM : Human Remains Returned to U.S.

Ten sets of human remains believed to be those of American servicemen killed in the Vietnam War were handed over to the United States. U.S. soldiers receiving the remains at Hanoi’s international airport saluted the caskets, draped with the American flag, before loading them on a C-141 cargo plane. A second ceremony will be held today when the plane arrives in Hawaii, U.S. spokesman Maj. Gary Patton said.
