Steel Lockout Ends: The United Steelworkers of America said its members voted overwhelmingly to accept a contract offer from Ravenswood Aluminum Corp. at Ravenswood, W. Va. The vote by mail ended a lockout that began in November, 1990. Returning union workers are to be paid $2,000 each and get a $1.25 hourly wage increase over three years.
