Peter Stephan, president of the Pension Group Inc. in Irvine, has been appointed to the board of directors of the National Institute of Pension Administrators, a nonprofit professional organization for pension plan consultants and administrators in Tustin. Stephan formed the Pension Group, an independent pension plan administration firm, in 1984.
