Cimco Inc.: The Costa Mesa manufacturer of plastic components for commercial, industrial and medical markets reported that profit for its fiscal year ended April 30 fell 58% from the year before, to $1.1 million, or 37 cents a share, from $2.6 million, or 85 cents a share. Revenue for fiscal 1992 rose 9%, to $70.1 million from $64.5 million. Net income for the fourth quarter totaled $587,000, or 20 cents a share, down 19% from $723,000, or 24 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Sales were up 10%, to $19.2 million from $17.5 million.
