French Disco Crowd to Get Free Condoms

PARIS — Discotheques will distribute 250,000 government-supplied condoms free to young people this summer in an anti-AIDS campaign, the government said Wednesday.
The Youth and Sports Ministry said the condom giveaway to 300 discos across France will be bolstered by an AIDS awareness campaign featuring brochures and videos.
Condoms also will be distributed in vending machines at youth hostels, information centers and railroad stations.
