* Robert S. Bruchmann has been appointed vice president of business development for Hill International, Inc., a Newport Beach construction claims management company. He is responsible for sales, marketing and new business development in the western United States and the Pacific Rim. Bruchmann was previously vice president of marketing for Kitchell Contractors in Irvine. In addition, Donald J. Kahn, Sr. has joined the company as vice president and project director for Hill’s Western region operations. Kahn had owned Kahn & Associates, a project management consulting firm specializing in data-based planning and scheduling.
