El Monte Clerk’s Qualifications
(Reporter) Vicki Torres arranged the wording of an article I read to her (Times, June 7). If she was going to use a statement from that article, she should have quoted it verbatim.
I am fully qualified for the position of city clerk, city of El Monte, and never stated, “I know I don’t have the qualifications to be city clerk, but who does?”
