Man Gets 15-Year Term for Sausage Theft, Threats

A man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for stealing two sausages and threatening the store clerk and a police officer. Paxton Todd Hall, 32, who was charged with “robbery by threats,” was sentenced Monday by District Judge Phil Chavarria as part of a plea bargain. Hall served time for burglary in 1983.
