PARIS — A court here expelled the Palestine Liberation Organization’s envoy in Paris from his home in a wealthy suburb Wednesday after neighbors complained they feared for their safety.
The order by the 14th Chamber of the Court of Appeal gave Ibrahim Souss two months to move out of the home, which also serves as a PLO office.
Neighbors in the suburb of La-Celle-Saint-Cloud expressed fears in 1989 that PLO offices in their neighborhood could invite an attack by Israeli commandos or PLO enemies.
