* Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks has appointed vice presidents Robert Aldridge, Deirdre Pies, Thomas Stephenson and George Wright to the posts of senior vice presidents, according to Forest Lawn general manager and CEO John Llewellyn.

In addition, manager Paul Gelb has been appointed vice president-special services, and vice president Gary Olson has been appointed vice president-before need sales. Olson most recently served as vice president, Forest Lawn-Glendale.

Deirdre Pies, senior vice president--human resources, joined Forest Lawn in 1982 as manager of the personnel department.

Tom Stephenson, senior vice president-finance, will continue to serve the organization as chief financial officer.

George Wright will maintain leadership of the founders financial division of Forest Lawn Co. as senior vice president-founders financial.
