TAKING A SHOT: Kathleen Sullivan, an NBC co-host for the 1992 Summer Olympics, is busy preparing. Monday night, for example, she was in Portland, Ore., for the U.S. Olympic basketball team’s game against Canada. But she also squeezed into her schedule a luncheon speech and golf outing for executive women Monday at the Los Coyotes Country Club in Buena Park. Golf is her passion. . . .
