Ending the Silence: Oprah Winfrey, who has spoken publicly about her experience with child abuse, will host “Scared Silent: Exposing and Ending Child Abuse,” to be broadcast simultaneously on CBS, NBC and PBS on Sept. 4. The special will focus on methods of stopping and preventing child abuse.
