Fortis Corp.: The medical cost containment and managed care company in Irvine reported first-quarter net income of $507,000, equal to 12 cents per share, compared to $334,000, or 12 cents, in last year’s first quarter. Revenues were $13.85 million, up 35% from $10.25 million fiscal 1991.
