TriCare Inc.: The Irvine occupational health-care services company showed a gain of 58% in net income for fiscal 1992 to $3.8 million, or 50 cents a share, from $2.4 million, or 41 cents a share, last year. Revenue for the year, which ended May 31, rose 28% to $46.8 million from $36.6 million. For its fourth fiscal quarter, the company posted a profit of $1.1 million, or 14 cents a share, on revenue of $11.8 million.
