Bristol-Myers to Sell Drackett Unit: Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. put its Drackett Co. unit up for sale, saying the household products company isn’t part of its new focus on health and personal-care products. Cincinnati-based Drackett’s brands include Drano drain cleaner, Windex glass cleaner and Vanish toilet bowl cleaner. Drackett employs 1,600 at plants in the United States and Canada. Last week, Bristol-Myers reported that its second-quarter profit was down slightly to $488 million due to the cost of litigating government allegations of price fixing of infant formula. The company earned $489.5 million in last year’s quarter.
