Quantum Health Resources Inc.: The Orange health-services company posted a second-quarter profit of $2.4 million, or 18 cents a share, more than double earnings of $1.1 million, or 9 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue was up 50% to $28.2 million from $18.8 million.
