Roseanne Settles Suit: 5 Actress Roseanne Arnold and her former manager, Arlyne Rothberg, have resolved their differences out of court. In a California Labor Commission claim, Arnold had accused Rothberg of working without a license, and in a lawsuit, of breaching her fiduciary duties. Rothberg filed counterclaims with the labor commission and the court, alleging that Arnold owed her unpaid commissions. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
