The Foundation for Field Research is offering several research expeditions for volunteers to work with scientists in the field.
Volunteer field assistants supply financial and physical support for research in areas such as Grenada, Mali and the American Southwest. Financial support may be tax-deductible.
The foundation is offering discounts of 15% to 50% off selected projects, such as archeological surveys of the Zuni Reservation Aug. 10-15 and Aug. 15-20, and a search for prehistoric and historic sites on Grenada in early 1993.
Many of these projects will get under way soon and the full contribution must be received by the foundation on Wednesday
