Ford Goes Home: Actor Glenn Ford has been discharged “in good condition” from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after a lengthy hospitalization for blood clots and other ailments. Ford, 76, was hospitalized in May for treatment of a heart problem and blood clots, recovered for a short time, and then became seriously ill with more clots in his legs in late June.
