OUR DYING CHILDREN

How can The System be blamed for the arrogant and irresponsible behavior of the women involved? No one has an a priori right to have a child, especially when the mother knows that the baby will be born into poverty. Women who have kids they know they cannot properly care for should be treated like the child abusers they are.
