Colombia Bus Fire Kills 31

BOGOTA, Colombia —
Fire raced through a bus when its driver turned on the engine Saturday, killing at least 31 people, police said. Authorities suspect a short circuit may have sparked the fire in the small town of Falan. Ten passengers escaped, but some suffered burns, police said.
