Feeding the Hungry: Rap singer Hammer had his own charitable agenda Sunday in Atlanta, working alongside other volunteers in the kitchen of a shelter for the homeless where he served up fried chicken, corn and French fries. The visit to the Atlanta Union Mission before a concert that day was part of his ongoing support of USA Harvest, which delivers donated foods to homeless shelters nationwide. More than 600,000 pounds of food has been donated through Hammer’s efforts, according to the chairman of USA Harvest.
