GYM DANDY: Laguna Niguel’s Sandra Earnest, mother of 10 who was crowned Mrs. USA on Saturday, says she prepared for the competition by training with a bodybuilder for five weeks. . . . “I’d never been in a gym until that time,” says Earnest, 43, whose children were all on hand to welcome her when she arrived at John Wayne Airport Monday. Earnest hopes to take some of them, if not all, when she makes public appearances over the next year. . . . “The family comes first,” she says.
