World IN BRIEF : AZERBAIJAN : Dozens Said to Die in Karabakh Attack

Azerbaijani forces bombed the capital of the disputed enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh, killing dozens of people, the Interfax news agency said. It quoted the Karabakh News Agency as saying a huge bomb smashed into a hostel in Stepanakert, the main city in the Armenian-populated territory. At least 2,000 people have died in four years of fighting over Nagorno-Karabakh.
