Opera Pacific has announced a memorial program and fund for Stephen A. Rapp, the company’s community programs director who died Dec. 24. The free program will be held Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. at the Trinity United Presbyterian Church, 13922 Prospect Ave. in Santa Ana and will feature the Costa Mesa Children’s Chorus and members of the Overture Company, Opera Pacific’s community outreach group. The fund has been established for future community outreach programs. Donations can be made to the Stephen A.
