Choice in Schools

Contrary to what the Republicans are whining about, parents have always had a choice in education. My parents wanted me to attend a private grade school, and I did. How did they accomplish this feat? They paid for it.

The radical right governing the GOP doesn’t want to fund non-Christian art with their tax dollars, and I don’t want them sending their children to Catholic (or Protestant) schools with mine. Let them work for it, like my father did 20 years ago.
