GM to Make Right-Hand-Drive Saturn for Japan: General Motors Corp. plans to start exporting a right-hand-drive version of its Saturn car to Japan by the end of 1995, GM Japan said. Right-hand-drive cars have the steering wheel on the right side, which is the norm in Japan, and the new Saturn will be the first right-hand-drive model built in the United States by the world’s biggest auto maker.
