THE FIN-ISH LINE: Sixteen-year-old Jacob Frisbee of Costa Mesa never lets the fact he’s deaf interfere with being a normal kid. But Tuesday was hardly a normal day. Fishing with his dad, Stan Frisbee, 50 miles out from San Diego, and using a rod and reel gift from his grandfather, Jacob caught the biggest blue fin tuna recorded for the summer, 150 pounds. . . . Says the proud papa: “It took five of us an hour and a half to reel him in; my son was big-eyed and very excited.”
