FAMILY REUNION: Sophyan Neak, a budget specialist at Santa Ana High School, will be at school when it opens today, but only to say goodby. Neak will travel to his native Cambodia soon as part of a United Nations interpreting team. Their assignment is to help United Nations officials oversee elections there amid an uneasy peace. Neak says he will also get a chance to visit two brothers and “many uncles, aunts and cousins.” . . . It’s his first return to his homeland since he left there 18 years ago.
