* Michael O’Hara Lynch, formerly vice president and general manager of West Coast operations for ProServ Inc., has been named vice president of promotions and events at Playboy Enterprises Inc.

Lynch, 34, will report to Robert Beleson, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of PEI, who made the recent announcement.

Lynch will oversee the expansion of the Playboy Jazz Festival, Playmate Promotions and all other live events and corporate promotions.
