* Lockheed Corp. announced the election of Walter E. Skowronski, 43, as vice president and treasurer of the Calabasas-based aerospace firm.

Skowronski succeeds Anthony G. Van Schaick, who last month accepted the position of vice president of group business operations for Lockheed’s Aeronautical Systems Group.

Skowronski has been staff vice president of investor relations since joining the corporation in January, 1990.
