Sears Wasn’t Hurt; Boycott Is Needed

Sears wants to repair their image by issuing coupons redeemable at their own stores for any product or service (thereby recycling their profits).

It is best that they rethink their position.

If regaining their customers’ trust is the prime objective, Sears should provide coupons redeemable at the automotive parts and repair outlet of the consumer’s choice .
