Border Patrolling

I don’t know what caused the Weeses of Canoga Park (“Letters,” Sept. 13) to have problems at the Canadian border. My husband and I crossed the border 14 times within a week and had not one unpleasant second with a border guard. Although we waited as much as 40 minutes, we never, never ran into anyone who was anything but pleasant--most pleasant, in fact.
