The Zamboanga City Little League Baseball Assn. of the Philippines said it will file a damage suit against Little League International for stripping its team of the Little League World Series title.
Zamboanga forfeited its final-game victory over Long Beach after an investigation showed that only six of 14 players actually came from Zamboanga, 550 miles south of Manila.
