Did Host Get Ahead of KFI?

Unbeknownst to some, a cultural tragedy occurred last week in our not-so-fair city. A man possessing enormous talent, wit and, more important, honesty, passion and integrity, was unceremoniously silenced and removed from our airwaves by self-censoring talk radio station KFI.

Leykis is the epitome of what all would-be talk-show hosts should strive to become. It seems his fatal flaw was his admirable unwillingness to compromise his liberal philosophy. In terminating Leykis, KFI has begun the sequence of events that will surely lead to its demise.

Wake up, all you lazy liberals out there. Let’s unite. If we don’t vehemently voice our outrage now , we should immediately begin preparing for the eventual annihilation of the precious freedoms for which our forefathers and foremothers bravely paid the ultimate price.
