So it has hired Alam Chama, billed to students as “the world’s tallest man” at 7 feet, 8 inches to hand out lunches at Stephen R. Fitz Intermediate School in Santa Ana Wednesday. . . . After all, the national theme is “We’re big on school lunches.” . . . Wednesday’s special menu: fajitas, refried beans, fresh fruit salad, salsa and chocolate chip cookie.
