FileNet Corp.: The Costa Mesa maker of business software products said Thursday that its third-quarter profit rose 10% to $1.1 million. Those earnings were equal to 10 cents a share, compared to a profit of $1 million, or 10 cents a share, for the same period last year. Sales rose 26% to $37.2 million from $29.5 million.
