Treasury Yields Up at Auction: Yields on two-year Treasury notes rose to their highest level since June. The high yield was 4.37%, up from 4.00% at the last auction on Sept. 22. It was the highest rate since two-year notes averaged 5.11% on June 24. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 4.25%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,977.30. A total of $15.1 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $49.9 billion.
