Economic Stimulus Package Drafted: The cabinet finished a $16.8-billion supplementary budget to stimulate the economy. Of the total, $15.9 billion will go to public investment, $719 million to encourage capital spending among small- and medium-sized corporations, and $168 million to increase imports.
