LAKE FOREST : Conroy to Keynote Veterans Day Rites

A state legislator and former Marine major will give the keynote address Wednesday at Lake Forest’s fourth annual Veterans Day observance.

Assemblyman Mickey Conroy (R-Orange), a Marine for 21 years, will lead a program that will also dedicate a new section of El Toro Memorial Park set aside for veterans.

The program will start at 10 a.m. at the cemetery at 25751 Trabuco Road.

Also participating will be color guards from American Legion posts in Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo and Irvine.
