Undocumented Workers

In reply to your editorial “The Immigration Blame Game” (Nov. 11): I am very disappointed that you completely missed the point of this subject.

If someone robs a bank and spends the money on things that return that money to the community, that does not change the fact that laws were broken to get that money. The criminal act is not excused by the way the criminal “contributes” his spoils back to society.

Illegal immigrants are the only ones to “blame” for their illegality. While they are in this country, they are breaking the law and everything they do here is an accessory act to that crime.

Citizenship in our country is a privilege to be earned, not a “right” to be stolen.
