THAT’S A WRAP: Here’s one way to get into the Guinness Book of World Records without doing something silly: The Orange County Rescue Mission is hoping for a record Christmas wrap today. . . . Its goal is 3,000 Christmas gifts wrapped for the poor and homeless in six hours. That’s 22,500 square feet of wrapping paper and just under a mile of tape, says the mission’s Jim Palmer. . . . The gifts come from shoppers who filled six dumpsters throughout Orange County.
