Acqua Group Reduces 3rd-Quarter Loss

Acqua Group, a marketer of “bottleless” water-cooler systems, posted a $455,088 loss for its fiscal third quarter, compared to a $703,156 loss a year earlier.

The latest loss in the quarter that ended Oct. 31 came on a 55% jump in Acqua Group’s revenue, to $849,738 from $546,737 a year earlier.

For the first nine months of its fiscal year, Acqua Group lost $1.53 million, compared with a $1.64-million loss a year earlier, while its nine-month revenue rose 6%, to $2.30 million from $2.18 million.
