Dennis Finfrock, former athletic director at Nevada Las Vegas, has refused to appear before a state legislative committee looking into the resignation of former basketball Coach Jerry Tarkanian. Committee chairman Jim McGaughey (R-Las Vegas), said the committee will pursue a contempt citation against Finfrock.
