PRO FOOTBALL / DAILY REPORT : CHARGERS : Playoffs Not Blinding Ross

The Chargers are one victory away from clinching a playoff berth, but Coach Bobby Ross cautioned his players Wednesday that it was business as usual on the practice field.

“It’s focus, focus and more focus,” Ross said. “I reminded them that we don’t win the game on Sunday, we win the game right here (practice field).”

Defensive end Chris Mims (knee) and safety Stanley Richard (hip flexor) did not practice Wednesday although they were able to run and do some drills.

“They’re better,” Ross said, “but they are both still questionable for the game.”
