LITTLE CHRISTMAS: Epicurean Bon Appetit magazine this month picks 10 divergent communities for its “Christmas in a Small Town” feature and suggests they all share a common holiday bond of “good food shared with loved ones.” One of the 10: Westminster’s Little Saigon. . . . It calls Christmas there “a quiet celebration,” a prelude to the Tet Festival in January. But Christmas in the Vietnamese community, it says is “an American custom adopted by some, especially younger members.”
