Bumped by the Chief: NBC star Malcolm Jamal-Warner’s USO trip to Somalia to spend New Year’s with U.S. troops was called off over the weekend. The reason: President Bush decided to arrive in the region at the same time, creating a security problem in protecting two special visitors. Warner was supposed to leave on Monday. The trip will be rescheduled around his production commitments on NBC’s “Here and Now,” the USO said Monday.
